Jennifer Soto served as chief operating officer and comptroller for a government agency in Kissimmee, Florida, between 2013 and 2021. During her time with the agency, she provided the executive officer with support regarding various strategic initiatives and policies. She was responsible for a team of 10 executive directors and 200 employees across nearly 30 departments. Her efforts in redesigning the agency’s financial department resulted in a 100 percent year-over-year accuracy and accountability improvement. Prior to her time with the agency, Jennifer Soto spent 2 years as the director of financial aid at Florida Technical College.

Ms. Soto holds an associate of arts in legal studies from Interboro College. She enrolled in a business administration program at Valencia College in 2020. She has 7 years of experience as a paralegal with Walburg and Axelrod in New York City, during which time she worked on several multi-million-dollar criminal and civil law cases. She is a supporter of the Arthritis Foundation for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and enjoys staying active through CrossFit competitions.
